This website is run by Nicki Gill, trading as Reiki with Nicki. Your privacy matters, and this page explains, in plain terms, what information I collect and how I use it.

‍ ‍When you fill in the booking form, I collect the details you choose to give me - your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), your town and postcode, and anything you write in your message. I only ask for what I need to arrange your session.

‍ ‍How I use it

‍ ‍I use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your session, and confirm the price including any travel. I don't sell your information, share it with anyone else, or use it for marketing.

‍ ‍How long I keep it

‍ ‍I keep your details only as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your session. If you'd like me to delete your information at any time, just email me and I'll do so.

‍ ‍Your rights

‍ ‍Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what information I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To do any of these, email me at nicki@reiki-with-nicki.co.uk.
