In Reiki, every practitioner can trace an unbroken line of teachers stretching back to the founder, Dr Mikao Usui. The practice is passed hand to hand - each Master personally attuning the next - so the lineage is a living thread connecting me directly to where it all began in Japan.

I was attuned by Heather Hendry, and through her my practice traces all the way back to Dr Usui. Here is my full lineage:
